We invite Phil Nguyen, who is a senior ICT analyst of JALT as well as our SPIN member, to talk about his experience in applying for and taking job interviews at universities in Japan. Seeking a university teaching position can look complex for people who are just starting their university career, as each institution has its own process and culture. Also, some people may find it stressful when they do not know how to strengthen their CV and make strong impressions at interviews. Based on his experience, this session aims to offer the audience some insights and tips for early career educators. We welcome both F2F & online attendees to ask questions in either Japanse or English.
