All other registrants should use the JALT 2026 Normal Attendee Registration Form. Group Registrations requests should be processed through the JALT Central Office (JCO) at the following email address - jco@jalt.org.
Early Bird Preregistration ends Saturday, October 31, 2026, 11:59PM JST.
The conference is scheduled for Friday, November 20, 2026, to Sunday, November 22, 2026 at The WINC Aichi, Nagoya, Japan.
To register and pay for your conference attendance, please complete all relevant details below. After completing and submitting your conference registration details, you will be able to make payment.

- You are entitled to JALT member rates if your JALT membership is valid through November 22, 2026. To join or renew your membership, please visit the JALT website.
- Several ticket types - student, senior, global professional - require coordination with JALT JCO. Please read carefully and fill out the information accurately.
- Suggested off-site accommodation can be arranged through our conference travel agent - JTB - via the following link: JTB Off-Site Accommodation
