Supporting learners to take ownership of language learning requires repeated opportunities for goal setting, reflection, and strategic revision. This practice-oriented presentation introduces a digital vision board activity developed through a two-year classroom research project in a first-year university English course in Japan. Participants will experience the activity, explore examples of student work and reflective tasks, and discuss strategies for integrating visual goal setting into their own teaching. The session includes practical implementation tips and adaptable classroom materials while demonstrating how digital vision boards can foster reflection, motivation, identity development, and learner agency in diverse educational contexts.
