Implementing Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) with reluctant learners in EFL classrooms can be challenging. This presentation explores practical approaches to designing SRL worksheets that support goal setting, self-monitoring, and reflection. Drawing on SRL literature, the presenter discusses key considerations for worksheet design and scaffolding, especially for learners who are hesitant to engage in reflective learning. The presentation concludes with pedagogical suggestions for teachers interested in incorporating SRL into their own classrooms.
