Description
Nagoya UFS GSS. According to MEXT, the 2019 National Assessment of Academic Ability found that Japanese elementary and junior high school students struggle to express themselves in English, particularly in writing and speaking. To address this issue, MEXT encourages English classes to provide opportunities for students to share ideas and develop communicative competence. This study investigates a three-part reading framework that integrates the four language skills to promote communication and increase student engagement.
