Description
This will allow current Macquarie research students and alumni to share topics of interest in an informal, relaxed setting. This roundtable is a great way to catch up with familiar faces and make new friends. In previous roundtables, we have discussed various topics, such as getting Kakenhi research grants, applying for tenure, and our evolving research/teaching journeys.

Participants will discuss in small groups on topics of interest.

Many participants learn useful information about job hunting and research grants.
Abstract section 1: Relevance
After finishing our MA and Doctoral degrees, we lack opportunities to network and catch up with old friends.

Participants can learn new ideas and extend their professional development.
