Description

This study investigates the application of Neufast, an AI-mediated job interview platform, in the realm of English for Special Purposes (ESP) learning. The research specifically examines students' perceptions of the AI analytics video interview for talent recruitment. Neufast, an AI-driven tool, offers a simulated environment for students to rehearse job interviews, receive immediate feedback, and enhance their performance. The AI capabilities of the platform enable the analysis of both verbal and non-verbal cues, delivering comprehensive feedback on language proficiency, communication skills, and body language. The objective of this study is to comprehend students' perceptions of this cutting-edge tool and its potential to augment ESP learning. The results indicate that the integration of AI in education, particularly in ESP learning, can offer an interactive and personalized learning experience. The study also underscores the potential of AI-powered job interview practice in equipping students for the competitive job market, thereby bridging the gap between education and employment. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on the use of AI in education and its implications for future learning. The findings have significant implications for educators, policy makers, and stakeholders in the education and recruitment sectors.
