Registration payment is by PayPal or by bank transfer only. Please note that on-site cash payments will not be accepted.
- Presenters MUST register and pay by May 1, 2024. Failure to do so may result in accepted presentations being removed from the program.
- Non-presenting conference participants are encouraged to register by May 1, 2024.
- Registration by May 1 ensures that participants will receive a printed name tag and entrance to the conference networking reception.
- On-site or late registration is only possible via PayPal and does not include the evening reception.
- Confirmation of registration will be sent automatically by email.
- Official receipts may be downloaded from the online registration system. Participants seeking a hand-written receipt may send their requests to treasurer@jaltcall.org.
- Refund requests must be sent by email to the Treasurer (treasurer@jaltcall.org) within 30 days of the end of the conference.
Notes:
* For affiliation, please enter the name of your workplace or organization (school, university, company, etc.).
* The attendee category "special guest" is reserved for those who have been instructed to select this category by the conference organizers.
